Kelly Osbourne's Chanel Look: Hit or Miss?
Rock mom and daughter Sharon Osbourne and Kelly Osbourne had a fun outing today in LA! The two ladies enjoyed lunch at the famous Ivy restaurant and after that they stopped by the Chanel boutique close by! Sharon was her usual stylish self, while Kelly wore an interesting mini dres and vintage sunglasses. What do you think of the exaggerated shoulder detail on the dress?
